The chalice rests on a hexafoil base with a six-sided stem and six lobed knop with six lozenges bearing engraved rayed motifs. The base has an applied cast crucifix and the bowl of the chalice bears five cast and applied rays. The paten bears a dedicatory inscription and the date 1584.
