Print made by Shuncho I, Japan, nineteenth century.

Portrait format print, of two courtesans taking air, surrounded by attendants, on a gold ground. The courtesans are denoted by their elaborate kimonos and obis and their elaborate hairstyles. The print is signed 'Yushido Shuncho.'

The two courtesans are named as Senzan of the Choji-ya and Ogino of the Ogiya.
