Jug, hard-paste porcelain painted in enamels and gilt, Fulda pottery and porcelain factory, Germany (Hesse), ca. 1775

Jug of hard-paste porcelain. Pear-shaped, with scrolled handle and lip-spout moulded with rococo scrolls picked out in gold. Painted on each side with a bouquet of flowers in natural colours.
